What is Sexaholics Anonymous Today?

Founded in 1979 by Roy K., Sexaholics Anonymous has grown into a worldwide fellowship.

Meetings can be found in nearly every metropolitan area in the United States and in many countries across the globe.

Thanks to Zoom, you can now attend a meeting almost any hour of the day, any day of the week.

Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop lusting and become sexually sober. There are no dues or fees for SA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.

SA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization, or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes.

Our primary purpose is to stay sexually sober and help others to achieve sexual sobriety.

Sobriety in SA means only having sex with your spouse in a marriage between a man and a woman. It also includes working for progressive victory over lust and no sex with self or nonmarital sex.

Today, Sexaholics Anonymous helps tens of thousands of people stay sober and maintain their sanity from lust addiction.
